FOR THE GAME. FOR THE EVERYDAY.

4USPORT / JERSEY & CAP FIT GUIDE

Jersey size guide
& cap measurements.

Use a jersey or shirt that fits you comfortably as your reference. Compare actual measurements for the design you want, rather than relying on a size letter alone.

Basketball and baseball jersey sizes

Our jersey size labels run from US S–3XL. The label is a starting point: chest width, body length and the intended cut can differ between styles. Ask 4usport for the measurements of your selected design before finalizing your order.

A jersey is the top. If you need a full basketball or baseball uniform, including shorts, pants or other pieces, list those separately in your inquiry and ask our team what can be supplied.

How to measure a jersey laid flat

  1. Choose a reference garment. Use a basketball jersey or shirt whose fit you already like. Lay it flat on a level surface, smooth out wrinkles and do not stretch the fabric.
  2. Measure chest width. Measure straight across the garment from one underarm to the other. This is a flat width, not a body circumference. If you record twice that width as a garment circumference, label it clearly so the two methods are not confused.
  3. Measure body length. Measure from the shoulder beside the neckline down to the bottom hem. Record your starting point; if the product chart uses another method, ask our team to compare it consistently.
  4. Record the unit and garment. Write down the width and length in cm or inches, along with the size and type of your reference garment. Use the same unit when comparing a proposed size chart.
  5. Compare the intended fit. Think about a close or relaxed fit and any layers you plan to wear underneath. Confirm the chosen style's actual measurements and cut before ordering.

For a button-front baseball jersey, fasten the front before measuring it flat. Ask whether a supplied chart lists body measurements or garment measurements; they describe different things.

How to measure your head for a hat

  1. Place a flexible measuring tape around your head where the cap's band will sit, keeping it level across your forehead and above your ears.
  2. Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight. Read and record the measurement in cm or inches.
  3. Ask for the head-size range of the specific cap, and check whether its closure is adjustable or fitted.
  4. If the cap is adjustable, confirm that your measurement falls within its usable adjustment range. Do not assume that every cap described as adjustable has the same fit.

A snapback uses an adjustable snap closure; a fitted cap has no size-adjustment closure and needs a matching size. These terms explain cap construction. Confirm the actual fit and available options for the product you choose.

Materials and care

Fabric composition, embroidery, print details and care instructions can vary between designs. Check the specific product details and ask our team for missing information. Follow the label supplied with the final garment or cap.

Before a bulk team order

Check your size breakdown against the total quantity and keep each player's name, number and size together. Discuss a sample if you want to review the proposed fit and design before a larger order.
