Where we ship from

Orders ship from Guangzhou, China. We serve customers in Europe and North America. Contact us to confirm service to your delivery country and postal code.

Production and transit

• Samples: estimated production of 1 week, followed by air shipping with an estimated transit time of 10 days.
• Bulk orders: estimated production of 2 weeks. Sea shipping is the default, with an estimated transit time of 30–60 days.
• Air shipping for bulk orders: available by inquiry; contact us for the shipping quote.

Production time and transport time are separate. Confirm the production start date and delivery schedule with our team before ordering.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from the product price.

• Sample air shipping: US$30 for the first piece, plus US$5 for each additional piece in the same shipment.
• Bulk shipping: freight is quoted separately for your quantity, shipping method and destination. The sample shipping rate does not apply to bulk orders.

Import duties and taxes

4usport covers import duties and taxes for your order. Ask our team if you have a question about a customs charge.

Quality replacement within 2 months

If your item has a quality problem, contact 4usport within 2 months of delivery to arrange a replacement. You do not need to send the original item back. This quality replacement policy also covers custom orders.
